Vipers begin year with a win

The Rio Grande Valley Vipers returned home on Jan. 3, as they took on the Valley Suns at 7 p.m. at the Bert Ogden Arena.

The Vipers were victorious in the first game of 2026 by a score of 128-115.

At the half, the Vipers held on to a 62-55 lead.
