EDINBURG — The Edinburg PD responded to a report of a man threatening his neighbor and waving a firearm on Jan. 28. Officers encountered 58-year-old Felipe Zuniga — who was allegedy armed — upon arrival on the 2800 block of El Paso St.A release by the city said that Zuniga brandished the apparent weapon and pointed it at police officers.
