PHARR - The Pharr Community Theater Co. (PCT), along with the City of Pharr Parks and Recreation Dept., will present “Toro Sentado/ Sitting Bull”, in English and in Spanish outdoors in Pharr. The 14-minute monologue and homage written by Mercedes Varela Garcia from Reynosa, will be performed on Thursday, May 20, at the Downtown Pharr Amphi Theater at 118 S Cage Blvd, Pharr, at the City Hall Courtyard, and also on Thursday, May 27, at the Pharr/Vanguard Nature & Bird Center at 1025 S Richmond Drive, Pharr.
