PHARR - Pharr-San Juan-Alamo ISD had 86 students named candidates for Associate Degrees and Industry Certificates for South Texas College’s (STC) 2020 Fall Virtual Commencement Ceremony held Friday, Dec. 12, 2020. “Congratulations to our students for such tremendous accomplishments.
