Alamo Lions Club set to commemorate tragic 1940 train crash on Friday

The Alamo Lions club invites everyone to come commemorate the tragic 1940 Alamo train crash on Tower road.The event claimed the lives of 34 agricultural workers, changing the community, the Rio Grande Valley and the nation.The commemoration ceremony will be at The Landmark on Tower, located at 103 N.
