Family and friends, along with the public, will gather for a reception May 26 at the City of Alamo Museum, located at 130 S. Eighth St., honoring late Alamo Mayor Rodolfo “Rudy” Villarreal. The event is hosted by The Friends of the Museum and will begin at 6 p.m.This reception will recount the longtime military and public service records of “Mayor Rudy” as he was known to most.
