The Boys & Girls Club of Pharr-San Juan celebrated the 2021 Youth of the Year winner, Ricardo Huerta on March 11 at the Main Unit Club Site.Huerta was surprised with a celebration of this achievement and the corresponding $1,000 scholarship that joins the Youth of the Year title.
