In advance of Responsible Pet Owners Month in February, Hidalgo County Judge Richard F. Cortez is sponsoring a Pup Photo Contest for dogs of all ages.The contest is part of the upcoming Paws at the Park event happening at Bill Schupp Park in McAllen on Feb. 5.Photo submissions for the contest will end on Jan. 20.
