EDINBURG — Driscoll Health Plan is sponsoring the second annual Baby’s First Christmas, a special Christmas event where moms-to-be and families can have fun and enjoy the holidays.The event will be held Friday, Dec. 10, from 9 to 11 a.m., at The Endowment Center San Carlos, 107 North Sunflower Road. There is no cost and it is open to all expectant mothers, who are encouraged to bring a friend.
