McALLEN – The eagle is a symbol of the highest rank in scouting. Campbell King was recently honored by Boy Scout Troop 7 of the Rio Grande Council for earning the rank of Eagle Scout. The top honor is achieved by approximately 5 percent of boys who participate in Scouting nationwide.
