EDINBURG – The Edinburg Consolidated Independent School District celebrated the one-year milestone of its highly successful Curbside Meal Pickup Program on March 23. “I think it’s just awesome that we’ve been able to provide more than 6.5 million meals to all our students and the surrounding community in this time of need,” said ECISD COVID-19 Director Dr. Anthony Garza. “The pandemic has taken a toll on everyone.
