Proving once again that their office works diligently to provide quality and exceptional service, the Office of County Clerk Arturo Guajardo Jr. was awarded the 2019 Exemplary Five Star Service Award for excellence in the Vital Statistics Registration Process. The award was presented during the 65th Annual Texas Vital Statistics Conference in December. Accepting the resolution was Hidalgo County Clerk's Office Chief Deputy Annette Muniz, along with employees from the Vitals department. “These ladies standing beside me are a perfect example of what public servants are," said Muniz.
