EDINBURG — The Edinburg Dustin Michael Sekula Memorial Library encourages local families to stop by the children’s department from November 19th -23 to receive a special postcard that will be sent to space! A program from Club for the Future, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization founded by Blue Origin, has provided the Edinburg library and its patrons with this memorable and unique opportunity. Join us for a special presentation on November 23rd at 6 p.m. by Dr. Manuel Rivas, Blue Origin's first Radiation Effects Engineer.Dr. Rivas grew up in the Rio Grande Valley and went to high school at Science Academy.
