All summer, children from 5 to 18 have been busy focusing their camera lens on wildlife at the edges of urban landscapes in the Rio Grande Valley. On August 18th, from 7 p.m. to 8:30 p.m., the Valley Land Fund and Quinta Mazatlan will showcase the winners, the best image from every participant, at the Awards Ceremony.The exhibit titled “Nature Through the Eyes of Children” will be displayed outdoors on Sunset Drive in McAllen.
