McALLEN – Palm Valley Animal Society will be a hosting a ribbon cutting and grand opening event at Nine Lives Thrift, a retail store in McAllen that will sell gently used items to the public such as household essentials, furniture and decor, as well as vintage, new and used clothing, and accessories.
