EDINBURG – Palm Valley Animal Society has an immediate need for shortterm foster homes to prepare for multiple rescue transport operations that will be transferring dogs north to partner rescues in February 2020. Rescues require a 2-week quarantine period for transported animals, and providing time for the dogs in foster homes helps reduce stress prior to the trip.
