CLAIRE Claire was brought into PVAS in February 2020 due to an animal cruelty case. It was decided that in the best interest of the animal she remain in the shelter and not be returned to the owners. That’s when our staff fell in love with this sweet loving girl. Because despite everything she’s been through this timid girl continues to show us how big the hearts of our dogs can be.
