Special to the Advance PHARR — The Pharr Building & Code Compliance Department invites the community to participate in the inaugural Cody’s Holiday Gift Donations campaign.This heartwarming initiative aims to spread holiday cheer to families across Pharr and it's neighborhoods.Unwrapped gifts can be donated at designated Pharr locations and participating businesses from now through Dec. 10.These contributions will help make the season brighter for local children and families.The collected gifts will be distributed during Cody’s Holiday Block Party on Tuesday, Dec. 12, starting at 5:30 p.m. in Downtown Pharr.
