PHARR - PSJA Early College High School Sophomore Angelina Mata placed 4th in the 2nd Annual Rio Grande Valley Visual Art Contest, which took place on, Jan. 23, 2021. Middle and high school students from 10 school districts spanning from throughout the Valley participated in the event, which was held virtually this year.
