Rep. Cuellar Votes to Provide Paid Parental Leave for Federal Employees

WASHINGTON, D.C.– Today, Congressman Henry Cuellar (TX-28) voted to secure twelve weeks of paid parental leave for all federal civilian employees in the 2020 National Defense Authorization Act (FY20 NDAA).
