Pharr, Texas – Pharr Mayor, Dr. Ambrosio Hernandez, is proud to announce that all necessary construction upgrades to meet city code and fire safety standards at the Pharr Boys and Girls Club gymnasium have been completed and the newly improved, much safer Boys and Girls Club Gym has reopened for use!
