EDINBURG – The Edinburg Chamber of Commerce and the City of Edinburg are excited to announce Aaron Watson as the 16th Annual Texas Cook’Em: High Steaks in Edinburg headliner. The celebration will be held at the Ebony Hills Golf Course, 300 W. Mark S. Pena Drive on Saturday, July 2, 2022.Texas Cook’Em is one of the state’s biggest BBQ purse, awarding $25,000 to winners. Competitors will battle it out on the grill to cook the best chicken, ribs, pork, brisket, and rib-eye steak.
