EDINBURG – Just in time for the holidays, Palm Valley Animal Society (PVAS) is hosting its most fashionable fundraiser yet. Sponsored by Carats Jewels in McAllen, the animal welfare organization is teaming up with the local fine jeweler in hopes of raising some holiday funds in support of their sheltered pets. Now through December 15th, local Valley residents can enter to win a “Pampered Pet Carrier” of their own to tote their small, furry companion.
