Pharr, Texas - For the fourth consecutive year, the Vanguard Academy Career & Technical Education Department was awarded the 2022-2023 CTE Summer Grant for $100,000.00. Through this grant, uprising Senior students had the opportunity to participate in a “Earn While You Learn” program in partnership with the Pharr Economic Development Corporation and the City of Pharr.
