Vanguard Academy will conduct a public hearing and discussion of the 20212022 Texas Academic Performance Report (TAPR) at the regularly scheduled January 23, 2023 board meeting at 5:30 p.m. at Vanguard Academy Van Gogh Elementary-Middle School Lecture Hall, 1407 W. Moore Rd., Pharr, Texas.The TAPR provides a wide range of information on the performance of students in each school and district in Texas every year.
