Special to the Advance EDINBURG — The Texas Cook’Em High Steaks in Edinburg is back, and now accepting vendor applications for the 2023 event.The Texas Cook’Em High Steaks BBQ Cook-off and Festival is an annual event that celebrates Independence Day weekend. This year’s event will be held on June 30, 2023, through July 1, 2023, at Ebony Hills Golf Course. The festival is estimated to bring over 10,000 attendees over the two-day period.To apply to become a vendor, visit the Edinburg Chamber of Commerce website and fill out the vendor application form.
