Each spring, Monarch Butterflies migrate north and east around March or April. On Saturday, April 2nd, Quinta Mazatlan will be hosting the annual Monarch Fest from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. in McAllen, with the Bug Parade at 11 a.m.
Cinderella’s featured dogs this week are little Chaucer and great big Diesel Dog. They are a couple of beautiful examples of brindle coat coloring, a relatively rare coat color where light and dark colors mix it up to present indeterminate striping.
The International Museum of Art and Science presents the exhibition Uncovered Spaces, in collaboration with the Center for Latin American Arts at UTRGV. The exhibition will be on display March 26 through July 10, 2022, curated by Raheleh Filsoofi and directed by Dr. Katherine McAllen.
