Annie came to us almost two months ago, malnourished, with hair loss, and had what we call GED (green eye discharge), the most common sign of distemper, a highly contagious disease that is endemic to the RGV but easily prevented with a vaccine. Thankfully, Annie tested negative for distemper, and with good food and medical care, she's made incredible progress and is ready for her new home.
