PHARR — The City of Pharr has announced that registration is now open for the city's annual Pharr Salute to Veteran's Parade and Fireworks event. The parade will take place at 4:30 pm on Saturday, November 6, 2021, in Downtown Pharr (118 S. Cage Blvd) and the Fireworks Show will begin at 8 pm.
