Pharr, Texas – The City of Pharr continued its annual holiday tradition of the ‘Lighting of the Christmas Tree’ which marks the start of the holiday season in the city. This year, due to COVID-19, city leaders hosted a virtual tree lighting ceremony where residents were able to tune in to watch the even via a live stream online.
