Commissioners approved a resolution in support of Proposition 8. House Joint Resolution 4 proposes a constitutional amendment, also known as Proposition 8 ("Prop. 8"), allowing for the creation of the Flood Infrastructure Fund (FIF) that would authorize $793 million in flood-control projects in the State of Texas.
