Staff ReportMcAllen Police Department officers arrested a man Thursday accused for a robbery that occurred Sept. 19.Justin Rhys Scepanski was arrested for Aggravated Robbery (a First-Degree Felony), Evading Arrest or Detention, (a 3rd Degree Felony), five counts of Theft a State Jail Felony, and Resisting Arrest (a Class “A” Misdemeanor).On Sept. 19 at approximately 5:40 p.m., McAllen officers responded to a robbery that occurred in the area of the 1000 block of S. 10th St. in McAllen, according to a release.
