Staff Report Advance News Journal EDINBURG — A 24-year-old mother was arrested in connection to her 2-month-old daughter's death in February. Edinburg Police Dep artment reported in a May 21 release that Viridiana Nieto was arraigned last week and charged for the death of the infant.
