Greg Abbott attended a largely unmasked crowd of approximately 200 at the Hispanic Leadership Summit last Saturday to announce his re-election bid for what would be his third gubernatorial term if he manages to beat out his challengers in the March 1 Republican primary and the Nov. 8 general election.While here, Abbott also picked up the endorsement of the National Border Patrol Council.
