EDINBURG – After skipping a year because of COVID-19, Operation Lone Star, the annual weeklong emergency preparedness exercise offering a variety of free medical services, returns to San Juan in Hidalgo County beginning Monday, July 26, 2021 at 8 a.m. This year’s event will be held at PSJA College High School, at 805 West Ridge Road in San Juan.
