SAN JUAN -- A copy of a letter (old-school letter actually printed on real paper) dated earlier this summer, with the Secretary of State seal at the top, was dropped off at The Advance office last week, alerting us to the fact that an investigation into yet another local municipal election may be underway. My problem is, I no longer trust either the Secretary of State’s Office or the AG’s Office. They seem to pick and choose which election allegation they’ll investigate.
