The federal criminal case against longtime local attorney Francisco “Frank” Enriquez has been dismissed following his suicide in San Antonio Monday, Nov. 11, approximately 12 days after he was handed a criminal complaint charging him with “Receipt of Child Pornography.” Enriquez died after jumping from the balcony of his high-rise condo. According to several sources, he was alone at the time of his death.
