EDINBURG — Rio Grande Valley Sector Border Patrol agents arrest two previously convicted sex offenders and a gang member. On Sept. 17, McAllen Border Patrol Station (MCS) agents apprehended a group of 20 migrants near Hidalgo. Record checks on Salvador Castilleja-Martinez, a Mexican national, revealed he was convicted in Wisconsin of third degree felony sexual assault of a child in 2006. He was sentenced to three years confinement and subsequently removed from the United States.
