EDINBURG – Rio Grande Valley Border Patrol agents keep nearly 900 pounds of marijuana from reaching our communities. On Thursday, Weslaco agents on patrol near San Juan, Texas, observed shoe prints on a trail just north of the Rio Grande. The agents followed the prints towards the vicinity of an abandoned barn where they located five bundles of marijuana hidden in the brush.
