Burrrrr… As a kid, I grew up some in the Midwest. Lived in Chicago during the Great Blizzard of 1967. Dumped a record-setting 23 inches of snow on the city in only 24 hours, which is why the blizzard that hit that Jan. 26th still ranks as the worst in Chicago’s long climate history.For a 12-year-old, 23 inches was pure heaven.
