So there is this debate of sorts swirling around the PSJA ISD area concerning the district’s new hiring of four top administrators, none of whom currently works for PSJA. “Didn’t the district have anyone good enough to hire from within?” goes the common refrain. We also have a story about the ongoing saga of former Pharr/Edin-burg City Manager Juan Guerra and his former fiancée Miriam Cepeda, a former employee of the city of Edinburg.
