Mayor Ambrosio Hernandez, M.D., and the Pharr City Commission approved the re-appointment of Commissioner Daniel Chavez as Mayor Pro-Tem and the appointment of Commissioner Bobby Carrillo as the Alternate Mayor Pro-Tem.
