City council: Crazy ordinance?

Last Friday, the city council met in a special called meeting to discuss a city charter amendment that has become known as the “Molina Law.” Voters will have to approve it or kick it to the curb in the Nov. 2, 2021 general election in which, among other things, a mayor will be chosen.
