EDINBURG, Texas– The City of Edinburg and Edinburg Economic Development Corporation’s Stimulus Program Aimed at Recovery from COVID19 (S.P.A.R.C.) assists locally-owned businesses with economic recovery from the coronavirus pandemic. SPARC provides businesses and residents a financial means to invest back into their local Edinburg economy.
