PHARR — On Tuesday, Sept. 21, the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT), the city of Pharr, and Dragados-Pulice Joint Venture (DPJV) will host a groundbreaking ceremony for the Interstate 2/Interstate 69C Interchange project. Dragados-Pulice Joint Venture has been appointed by the Texas Department of Transportation to carry out the design, construction, and maintenance of the approximately $303 million I-2/I-69C Interchange Project in Hidalgo County.
