Civil war breaks out over virus

How in the world did a deadly pandemic turn political? But it did. According to a statement released last month by the non-partisan Kaiser Family Foundation (KFF), Democrats are much more likely to report having been vaccinated than Republicans. Republicans are also “much more likely to say that they definitely do not want to get vaccinated.” A twisted comedian could do a lot with that data. Seriously, though: how did a deadly pandemic that’s already killed approximately 640,000 Americans and is now attacking our kids/grandkids turn political? Like some debate over land annexation, only in this case, people are getting sick and dying.
