Comptroller Glenn Hegar distributes $925 million in monthly sales tax revenue to cities

AUSTIN - Texas Comptroller Glenn Hegar announced last week he will send cities, counties, transit systems and special purpose taxing districts $925.1 million in local sales tax allocations for September, 20.9 percent more than in September 2020.
