The month of January is coming to an end and so is the story of Enrique Iglesias. That said, I can’t let the month end without referencing it, since I haven’t yet reported the story that broke four weeks ago, Jan. 7.
For approximately four years, McAllen took a public-relations hit for not revealing how much it paid Iglesias for his concert appearance during the city’s 2015 Holiday Parade. Turns out, the amount was $485,000.
