Convicted Judge Delgado headed to Fort Worth “prison”

After being sentenced late last month to five years in federal prison after being found guilty this past July on eight felony counts tied to bribery and obstruction of justice, former state District Court Judge Rodolfo “Rudy” Delgado has been ordered to turn himself in to the Federal Medical Center Ft. Worth on Nov. 19. His attorney has filed a motion, saying that Delgado needs an additional 60 days so he can finalize the sale of his house. Federal prosecutors oppose the post-Christmas delay.
