This is a story that should have been written last month — the two felony indictments against former Alamo Executive Secretary Crystal Garza have been dismissed (Sept. 10, 2021). The Motions to Dismiss the two indictments were filed by the Hidalgo County DA’s Office and then signed by state District Judge Luis Singleterry.The two indictments included delivery of a controlled substance, less than four grams, and criminal activity.
